Rates for Service

Consultation

We want to ensure that our services and treatment philosophies are a match with every new patient.  We offer a free 20 minute phone consultation with a therapist to ensure that our services are appropriate for you.  Please contact us to set up your consultation.

Evaluation

Your first visit includes a formal evaluation, full body movement assessment and initial treatment.  You will receive education on your condition and ways to start improving your symptoms at home.  We will work together to determine the treatment plan best suited for YOU.  If you are working with a coach or trainer, this also includes a written summary of findings and specific recommendations that can be used to enhance your performance.

Cost: $300 (120min)

Follow-Up

Each follow up visit consists of either 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes of one-on-one treatment with your physical therapist.  You will never be treated by aides or office staff, and you will always have the complete, undivided attention of your therapist.  We feel this approach allows our patients to recover faster with fewer visits, and immediately helps you to start feeling better.

Cost: $150 (60min), $200 (90min) or $250 (120min)

Insurance & Payment

PhysioKinect is an out of network Physical Therapy provider which means that we do not directly accept insurance.  We accept cash, checks or credit cards as payment for service at the time of your visit.

We do provide you with a benefits questionnaire that can be used to contact your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement for our services.  Many insurance plans will cover the cost of out of network providers and we'll provide you with all of the necessary information to get reimbursed.  We will also provide you with a "super bill" that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement (if covered).

We feel that the traditional insurance model does not allow us the time or flexibility to treat patients effectively.  Our goal is to spend dedicated one-on-one time with each patient, minimize therapy sessions, and get you back to a healthy and active lifestyle quickly.  The traditional PT model typically has therapists seeing patients three times per week in compressed time slots.  We aim to see patients at most once or twice per week.  With this model, patients tend to need less visits and may end up spending less than the traditional PT model when you factor in deductible, co-pay, co-insurance and extra visits needed.
