New and Existing Patients

Patients can view their PhysioKinect account, schedule appointments and pay any outstanding invoices via our online portal located at https://physiokinect.janeapp.com.

If you are a new patient, please access the portal above and sign-up for an account as follows:

  1. Click the ‘Sign In or Sign Up’ link in the upper right of the screen.

  2. Enter your email address, or click one of the social login links if you want to sign-in with an existing account (like your gmail account).

  3. Click the ‘Create an Account’ button.

  4. Enter your first/last names and mobile phone number and click the ‘Continue’ button.

  5. Enter a password that you will use to login to your account.

Once your user account has been created, you will have access to our online portal to manage your account.

New patients will need to complete our new patient intake form before their first appointment.

If you are an existing patient and have forgotten your password (or have never logged into our online portal, please reset your password as follows:

  1. Access the link above

  2. Select the ‘Sign In or Sign Up’ link in the upper right of the screen.

  3. Enter your email address and click the ‘Next’ button.

  4. Select the ‘Forgot your username or password’ link to reset your password.
